If your bike experiences an issue during regular use, it may be covered under warranty for repair or replacement. To get started, email info@theukbikeshop.com with details of the problem and our team will notify the supplier. Please note that damage caused by improper use is not included in the warranty. Make sure to thoroughly review the user manual before riding to avoid voiding your coverage.

Returns
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange Hygge products. All refunds require valid proof of purchase and must be returned in 'as new' condition, defined as unridden and in original packaging.

The UK Bike Shop does not cover the cost of return delivery. Returning a Hygge item due to a change of mind will incur delivery costs of £50 and a restocking fee of £100.
